The Central South Carpenters & Millwrights Training Trust Fund provides one of the top carpenter and millwright apprenticeship and journeyman upgrade training programs in the nation. From safety and technical skills to communication and leadership skills, we train professional carpenters and millwrights to be productive, safe, and technically proficient in their skills, and a leader on the job site.

The UBC invests more than $200 million every year into training through its International Training Center (ITC). Hundreds of courses are created, refined, and offered in either a “train-the-trainer” format or in direct member education.
