One pathway into our Registered Apprenticeship Program is through pre-apprenticeship. Pre-apprenticeship is designed to prepare you to enter and succeed in the Registered Apprenticeship Program. We offer two types of pre-apprenticeship. The first is our in-house Pre-Apprenticeship Program. The second is through our Career & Technical Education partners who offer our curriculum to their high school students. These programs have a documented partnership with us and together, we expand your career pathway opportunities with soft skills and industry-based training coupled with classroom instruction. Through pre-apprenticeship, you’ll be able to explore the crafts of our trades. Our classes put a focus on improving trade-related literacy, math skills, safety, and work-readiness skills that our contractors value. Upon completion of your pre-apprenticeship, you will receive advanced credit and direct entry into the Registered Apprenticeship Program.
